Pronounced as Ad-des-tra – Addestra-mento means “training” in Italian.
We provide a single location training solution for learning organisations to
up-skill and empower their employees with a wide range of Professional
Development and Self Enrichment programs.
From October 2009 to 2011 for a period of 3 years, Addestra partnered South East Community Development Council (CDC), North East CDC and South West CDC to deliver pro-bono training on Employability Skills to more than 1,000 job seekers, which comprised of PMEs and non-PMEs. With our team of dedicated Corporate Trainers they had volunteered their precious time and training services in helping to empower job seekers with skills in resume writing, job search and interview skills. It is encouraging to see these jobseekers gain back their self-confidence and feeling motivated to move on in life after each class. Most of them had succeeded in finding suitable jobs that they were looking for with the assistance from South East, South West and North East CDCs.
For our valuable contributions, we have received South East CDC and North East CDC Appreciation Awards 2010 & 2011. On 18 June 2011, we were conferred the prestigious PA Community Award (Merit) – 2011 for our corporate partnerships with the Community Development Councils by People’s Association.
Our next CSR project will be with SG Assist, Care Connect in support of their care givers beneficiaries.

With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, Chin Ling has transitioned from a corporate career in 1999 to establish a pioneering gift e-business. Since 2006, she has built Addestra into a thriving corporate training and consultancy firm, organizing training events, marketing programs, and conducting workshops for schools, corporations, and government organizations.
A graduate of Griffith University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and HRM, she also holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications and an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (2023). As a PA Trainer and MOE-registered instructor, Chin Ling delivers enrichment and skills programs at community clubs and educational institutions. Combining expertise in training, business, and marketing communications, she empowers organizations to enhance productivity and efficiency through innovative solutions.
