1. Registration
Registration is confirmed only upon:
- receipt of a completed online registration;
- acceptance by Addestra Learning Centre Pte. Ltd. (“Addestra”); and
- receipt of full payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Addestra reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.
2. Course Fees
Course fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Unless otherwise stated, course fees include:
- training materials
- course notes
- refreshments
- certificate of attendance (where applicable)
Addestra is currently not GST-registered.
3. Payment
Payment is made online at checkout and must be completed before the commencement of the course. Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard and other major cards)
- PayNow
- Approved instalment providers (such as Atome), subject to their approval
All card and instalment payments are processed by third-party payment providers on their secure platforms; Addestra does not store full card details. Failure to complete payment means the registration is not confirmed and the place is not reserved.
4. Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation email (with receipt) is normally issued automatically upon successful payment, and in any case within five (5) business days. If confirmation has not been received three (3) business days before the course commencement date, participants should contact Addestra immediately.
5. Substitution
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant from the same organisation may attend at no additional charge. Written notification must be received no later than three (3) business days before the course.
6. Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method. The refund policy is as follows:

7. Cancellation by Addestra
Addestra reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel any course due to insufficient enrolment, trainer illness, venue issues, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Participants may choose:
- a full refund; or
- a transfer to another course.
Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days.
8. Changes to Course
Addestra may amend trainers, venue, course schedule, syllabus or delivery format where reasonably necessary. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or damages.
9. Online Training
For online or hybrid courses, participants are responsible for ensuring:
- a stable internet connection
- suitable computer equipment
- a functioning webcam and microphone (where required)
Technical issues on the participant’s side do not entitle the participant to any refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Addestra or its licensors. Participants shall not reproduce, distribute, record, publish or sell any course materials without prior written consent.
11. Photography and Recording
Photographs, audio recordings and video recordings may be taken during courses. By attending, participants consent to Addestra using such materials for marketing, publicity, educational and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Participants who do not wish to appear should notify Addestra before the course commences.
12. Personal Data (PDPA)
Addestra collects, uses and discloses personal data solely for purposes relating to:
- course administration
- certification
- customer support
- marketing communications (where consent has been provided)
- legal and regulatory compliance
Personal data will be managed in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Addestra shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data arising out of participation in the course. Addestra’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of course fees paid by the participant. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded under Singapore law.
14. Force Majeure
Addestra shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, labour disputes, power failures and internet outages.
15. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards trainers, fellow participants and staff of Addestra. Addestra reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive or inappropriate without refund.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
